Is There Enough Time?
The hectic lifestyles of high performing executives means that it can sometimes seem almost impossible to find time for simple things such as grabbing your lunch let alone exercising.
Between dashing from one meeting to the next, having to make those all important business calls, getting reports compiled, sealing deals and commuting around the country or even the globe it feels like there is very little time for yourself.
The thing is….If you don’t make yourself a priority and generate the time to exercise and fuel yourself at some point you will start to experience Fatigue, Stress and eventually Burnout. Your performance will deteriorate and so will your ability to cope with the “hustle”
That’s where i come in………You see keeping a good level of fitness needn’t be time consuming and you don’t need to hit the gym every morning either, in fact finding a gym can sometimes be a chore in itself if you’re away with work.
Check out this 15 minute body-weight workout which you can achieve with no equipment and can even complete in the comfort of your own home or hotel room.
15 Minute Body Blast
Ensure you start with a quick warm-up and don’t forget a cool-down.
3 Rounds for time (try and beat your time in each round)
- 15 Wide Grip Press-ups.
- 15 (each side) Alt Knee to Elbow Plank.
- 15 Close grip Press-ups.
- 15 (each side) Plank Rotations.
- 15 Squat Jumps.
- 15 (each leg) Mountain Climbers.
This is a great little session that will get the blood pumping, Torch some calories and leave the abs screaming for more.
